Teacher, EATS, Pilot Aust. Canada - OTU Andover, UK - instructor Blenheims.  First tour Flt Cmdr 454 Baltimores.  Second as C.O. 454. 1.4.44 to 16.11.44 during conversation GR to light bomber close - support role with Desert Air Force and 8th Army, Italy.

 

Managed Squadron's significant change in tactics, and delegated effectively to capable Flt. Cmdrs, technical crews and admin. staff.  Re-enlisted PAF 1946.  OC 83 Wing, Supt. W.R.E. Woomera, CO 23 Sqdn (Mustangs). Retired G. Capt. 1966 - Factory Manager then with Finance Company until 1974.
